By accessing and using Polynym's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Polynym provides a multi-brand analytics platform that allows users to track, analyze, and manage multiple brand portfolios from a single dashboard. Our services include data aggregation, analytics reporting, AI-powered insights, and collaboration tools.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
You agree not to use the service to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polynym and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
In no event shall Polynym be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be deleted.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
